Job Description and Required Skills:
Design and implement BW processes. Manage onsite and Offshore TIBCO Development and support teams. Perform Unit and integration testing and bug fixing. Deploy and administer deployed services using TIBCO Administrator. Configure and administer adapters & TIBCO EMS. Provide Technical Support in implementation of enterprise level archiving and Analytics Solutions

Total IT Experience: 6+ years

Additional Experience:
4 years of experience at development using EAI tools like TIBCO. Experience with messaging, middleware, distributed computing, and internal application integration (A2A) and external application integration (B2B). A minimum 2+ years of experience in EAI tools using TIBCO Administrator, BW, ADB & File Adapter, HAWK, EMS/JMS

Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Systems or Information Systems/CIS/MIS or its foreign equivalent. Masters Degree highly preferred. The employer will accept a foreign credential evaluation by an authorized credentialing agency that is equivalent to a BS in the field of Computer Science or Software Systems or Information Systems/MIS/CIS.
