Vish is the President of APT Source and brings with him a global perspective to the company and our customers. Vish has worked several years in IT Analytics and Consulting Services in USA, India and New Zealand. He provides strategic leadership and ensures quality client engagement and management. Vish sets high standards of excellence and has the ability to pass his vision on to his team and APT Source’s customers alike. His stints in India, New Zealand and the US have contributed to his holistic approach to business – a skilled team, strong work ethics and putting customer satisfaction first and foremost.

Vish has the uncanny knack of sourcing the best in the field to build a strong and stable team which can cater to the toughest of customer challenges.

Vish has a BS Degree from India and is a Certified Project Management Professional of the Project Management Institute, USA. He is a Charter Member of the TiE chapter in MN and is an active volunteer with the Minnesota Chapter of the PMI. He is an active sports enthusiast and enjoys playing golf and tennis.

Tom Saylor graduated with an MBA from Wharton, and has since worked in various executive marketing capacities at regional and national retail chains, developing and executing new market programs. Thereafter he founded a software company in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area, where he pursued outside funding and acquired other software entities.

After Tom’s company was acquired, he held executive marketing and sales positions in software firms, marketing products and solutions to various industries. Prior to retiring, his last opportunity was as president of a start-up Internet computer company. He continues to consult.

Prior to attending Wharton, Tom had a career as an active Navy officer, serving in combat zones. He is also an avid cyclist.

N. K. Agrawal is a seasoned CPA with over 20 years of private practice in MN and is involved in Financial Planning, Accounting, Individual and Corporate Taxation. He has 15 years of experience working as a CEO of an import and export company.

Narayan is a philanthropist and is associated with a number of charities where he likes to contribute his mite towards a more secure community.

Sanjay has over 15 years of rich experience in the Software industry, a big part of it with offshore IT - from both sides of the delivery organization (US and India).  He has established and led new accounts and new projects and demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, execution, leadership and project management.  He has participated in multiple business consulting projects for financial institutions internationally, owned and managed projects for Y2K Pilot, Management Information System etc.

He has also founded and launched a successful portal www.mumbaibuzz.com

Mallika is the CFO and VP from the inception of APT Source. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Immigration, Finance and HR.

Vyankatesh has over 12 years of global experience in creating businesses and leading them to successful ventures. He brings business acumen and networking experience to the company, and has managed and delivered complex projects in various geographies.

Vyankatesh Kulkarni joined APT Source with a vision to help the company survive and grow in different socio-economic environments.

Jason brings nearly 10 years experience in information technology, sales and solution delivery. Jason graduated from St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN with a Degree in Business Marketing and complimentary focus in various Computer Science areas. His technical acumen coupled with his intuition for establishing long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships adds significant value to our customers and their businesses.

Jason is originally from St. Paul, MN and maintains an active role in various professional networking groups with the purpose of helping others find solutions and opportunities either directly or indirectly. He has a passion for science in general and enjoys just about any activity outdoors as long as it’s being shared with family and friends.
