NU-TRACKER.NET: is enterprise wide Project Management software that will support the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Controlling, Closure stages for the projects undertaken by the entire enterprise. NU-TRACKER.NET will help in the project selection methods as well and also make sure that all the projects are accessible for the company in the future for analysis and learning process.
The product will have all the tools needed during the PM Lifecycle and have ways and means to measure and closely control the project processes for the best results. This product does not replace the need for expert’s altogether but certainly reduces the need for hiring as many experts for managing the projects. This project will keep the PMO very lean and still be able to make a significant impact on the overall project performance of the company by arduously implementing the methodology set forth by the PMO.
NU-TRACKER is built using VB.Net and C# technologies. DotNet renders itself for cross platform environment and also a language of choice for mobile computing (Gartner Article). NU-TRACKER.NET is designed to be compatible with the mobile technology. Certain activities in NU-TRACKER.NET can be performed using a cell phone or other mobile devices. The product will remain in this phase for the maximum period of time in its life cycle.
We will also provide consulting build around the product as a service for companies interested. This will include training/consulting in the methodologies that are being used, various improvements, and other important parts of the PM process. We will also be evaluating and analyzing the PM processes in different industries across different geographies and would make the resulting analysis as an offering.
